World's first fully recyclable rigid PCB substrate addressing e-waste crisis. Natural fibre-based laminate dissolves in hot water, enabling recovery of copper, electronic components, and rare minerals. Carbon footprint 67% lower than conventional PCBs. Compatible with standard double-sided PTH fabrication. Commercial product serving UK and European OEMs. Saves 11.42kg CO2/m² and prevents 590g plastic/m² from waste stream.

工作原理
Natural fibre laminate impregnated with water-soluble polymer and halogen-free flame retardant. Supplied as copper clad laminate (CCL) compatible with standard PCB processes: etching, electroplating, drilling, routing, curing. End-of-life dissolution in hot water enables 100% recovery of copper and electronic components.

Addresses 62M tonnes of annual e-waste. PCBs contribute 42% by weight to electronics waste. Conventional shredding/incineration wastes £8B precious metals annually.
